Rules for supporting the project

1. General provisions

This page describes the terms on which visitors of the HoMM Hub website (homm-hub.com, the "Site") may voluntarily support its operation by transferring money (a "contribution") to the Operator of the Site.

By pressing the "Support the site" button and completing a payment, the person confirms that they have read and accept these rules.

2. Nature of the contribution

A contribution is a voluntary, gratuitous transfer of money intended to support the operation, hosting and development of the Site. A contribution is not a payment for goods, works or services. In exchange for a contribution, the Operator does not provide the payer with any goods, services, additional functionality, access rights or any other counter-performance. All features of the Site remain free and equally available to every visitor regardless of whether they have made a contribution.

A contribution is made entirely at the payer's discretion; the Site does not set a mandatory or "correct" amount and does not condition access to any content on payment.

On-site contributions are accepted via the "Support the site" button through the YooKassa payment service, using the methods it offers (bank cards, etc.). The card and other payment details entered on the payment page are processed directly by YooKassa; the Site does not receive or store them.

5. Fiscal receipt

Russian law on the use of cash registers (Federal Law No. 54-FZ) requires an electronic fiscal receipt to be issued for every payment. The receipt is sent to the email address specified when paying; if none is specified, it is sent to the Operator's own address, and the payer may not receive a personal copy.

6. Refunds

Since a contribution is gratuitous and does not create an obligation for the Operator to provide anything in return, contributions are generally non-refundable. An exception is made for an obvious technical error (a duplicate charge, a wrong amount) — in that case, please write to info@homm-hub.com within 10 days of the payment; the refund is made at the Operator's discretion.

7. Data processing during payment

Payment is processed by the independent payment service YooKassa, which acts as its own data controller for the data entered on its payment page. Information about how the Operator processes personal data received through the Site is set out in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these rules

The Operator has the right to amend these rules. A new version takes effect once it is published on the Site. The current version is always available at homm-hub.com/donation.
